A radial pin tumbler (R.P.T) inline key switch 4356 available in bright chrome with a double D mounting hole shape. Once connected to a C.K. low voltage switch, the 4356 switch forms part of a circuit that is controlled by the key. This makes it ideal for use in Enclosure applications such as data cabinets and circuit breakers.
A radial pin tumbler (R.P.T) inline key switch 4357 available in bright chrome with a double D mounting hole shape. This switch has been designed for use with an Omron switch D2F only.
A radial pin tumbler (RPT) snap-on key switch 4951 available in bright chrome with a double D mounting hole shape. This switch can be connected to either a C.K. low voltage or M.S. mains voltage switch to form a circuit that is controlled by the key. This makes it ideal for use in Enclosure applications. It is recommended that, when these locks are installed, the key is turned to position “1” and removed for ease of switch alignment.
A 9550006 rotary action M.S. mains voltage switch. When connected to an RPT, 5-disc or 8-disc cam lock, this switch forms a key switch. This switch has only 1 circuit configuration – see Technical Drawing below.
A wafer is a switch where the contacts are arranged on both sides. Our range of wafer switches have been designed for use with our 5-disc and 8-disc rotary action key switches. Once connected a wafer switch is used as part of a circuit and are mainly found on Enclosure applications.
A range of snap-on C.K. switches available with various circuit configurations and switch types. When connected to an RPT, 5-disc or 8-disc cam lock, these switches form a key switch which can be commonly found on Enclosure applications such as fuse boxes. Note: the circuit formed by this switch is non-shorting (see lock options below). Shorting versions and other switch variants are available on request.
A series of snap-on M.S. mains voltage switches available with various circuit configurations – see Technical Drawing below. These switches can be connected to an RPT, 5-disc or 8-disc cam lock to form a key switch which can be commonly found on Enclosure applications such as switchgears.
A key switch is a switch that can only be activated with the use of a key and is normally integrated into an electrical circuit. When the key is turned, it creates or breaks the circuit thereby enabling the user to turn the system on or off.
