Available as a 1-point, 2-point or 3-point locking system, the Omnis Lock is so versatile it can be fitted to any box without affecting its external design.
Patented locking system
The Omnis Lock was created to solve a problem. How to help drivers easily and securely close their roof-top box – without the need to forcibly push down on all sides. Our patented two-step closing system (Patent ID: BE11295) allows drivers to do just that – close one side, then the other, before finally closing the central lock.
Key-trap reassurance
To make sure all three of those locks have been closed properly, the Omnis Lock has a ‘Key Trapped’ feature. Once the key is inserted in the lock, it cannot be removed until all three locks are fully closed. So, there’s no fear of your roof box flying open half way down the motorway.
Invisible innovation
The Omnis Lock meets current market standards for the most popular automotive storage boxes and can be fitted to most roof top box designs. In fact, the design is so versatile it can sit within any existing roof box design. Viewed from the outside, you simply wouldn’t know it was there. Omnis Lock can even be used as a single locking system in smaller storage applications such as tow boxes.
The lock also includes a patented soft shutter system – a washer and rubber piece fitted over the barrel to ensure a smooth key entry. The outside shape of the lock also features a black plastic cap, designed to blend in with the entire box and create a seamless, unobtrusive look and feel.
