A new installation of Collection Lockers from Ripple Group is now being rolled out at a major retailer across the UK.
The lockers were designed to make contactless collection services available without the need for costly automated systems. To achieve this Ripple needed to use a proven method that could be managed at store level and tied in with existing customer ordering processes.
The team selected the best-selling digital combination lock from Lowe & Fletcher. All of the locks are fully enabled with our Remote Allocation System (RAS) software that allows the lockers to be accessed using a unique PIN generated by the software.
